I've spent over a decade in sales & revenue operations at companies of all sizes, including a Fortune 50 technology company. I helped run the processes that kept a multi-billion-dollar business moving and established workflows that helped grow a startup: how deals were tracked, how teams handed off work, and how leaders knew what was really going on.
Along the way, I noticed something. The strategies that work at the top aren't complicated because they have to be. They're complicated because big companies make them that way. Underneath, the ideas are simple: know what's happening, make work easy to repeat, and fix what slows people down.
